No Refund Policy

All vendor fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including vendor cancellations, weather interruptions, or no-shows. However, the option to move your space reservation is available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your participation, you must notify us at least 7 days before the event date via email or phone. While no refunds will be issued, timely cancellations help us manage space and notify waitlisted vendors.

Failure to notify us in advance may result in loss of future vendor eligibility at ABQ Food Park events.
